MSDS Distribution
Safeware Quasar offers two document distribution modules, My-SDS and SDSOrder.
- SDSOrder completely automates and manages the distribution of (M)SDSs to customers via e-mail, fax and print
- My-SDS is a hosted/intranet solution for managing hazard information online for internal users, customers and retailers
SDSOrder
Companies must fulfill their legal obligations by ensuring that the hazard information (M)SDSs for chemical products is issued to customers in a timely manner.
The sheer number of variables makes this an impractical task to achieve manually. For example, not only does a supplier need to consider the product ordered by a particular customer but also the language(s), as well as your preferred communication method (e-mail, fax, print).
SDSOrder has been designed and developed to overcome such issues by enabling you to automate, manage and control the distribution of Material Safety Data Sheets (M)SDSs as soon as products are ordered.
When an order is received from a customer, SDSOrder determines whether the order requires a (M)SDS. If a (M)SDS is required, it is generated automatically and dispatched via the chosen communication method (email, fax and print). The transaction is also logged for auditing purposes.

My-SDS
To compliment SDSOrder, Safeware Quasar has developed an online hazard document management system, My-SDS.
My-SDS enables users to manage Material Safety Data Sheets, Detergent Ingredient Data Sheets and label information. The system can be purchased as an intranet application or alternatively hosted by Safeware Quasar.
My-SDS key features:
