CLP Criteria Update

The Guidance on the Application of the CLP Criteria has recently been revised by ECHA. Originally published in 2009, the guide did not account for amends denoted in the Second Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP Regulation). The content has seen the introduction of a new Part 5 and a revision of the classification examples.
